How do I learn to use our PeopleSoft systems?

In 2008, CUA purchased a product called the Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK). The UPK is a on-line tool for delivering training via the web.  It displays content in multiple formats and utilizes different delivery mechanisms allowing users to access customized subject material at their own pace and viewing style at anytime from anywhere on the Internet. 

You can find the UPK at this web site: http://CardinalTraining.cua.edu.  Currently Cardinal Training only contains content for our Campus Solutions (AKA Cardinal Students) system. Additional topics are added on a periodic basis so check the site regularly.

Training for the Human Capital Management and Financials system is provided directly by the Business Systems and Support Office. Please contact them at 202-319-5044 for further information.  In the future, the UPK will be the primary training delivery method for all CUA PeopleSoft systems.
