Copyright at CUA
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act requires universities that wish to take advantage of certain legal immunities granted under the law to take steps to terminate the Internet Access of users who repeatedly infringe upon the rights of copyright owners. A general overview is available at http://counsel.cua.edu/copyright/clicks/. If you have questions about copyright law and what constitutes infringement, please see the Copyright section on the Office of General Counsel web page. The CUA Copyright_Policy and CUA Copyright Guidelines are included, which apply to all members of the CUA community. Liability is specifically addressed in the Copyright Guidelines.
