Technology Services prefers all requests come through email to the firstname.lastname@example.org. Sending an email to this address automatically creates a ticket in our system.
You can also call us at 202-319-4357 or fill out a support requst at techsupport.cua.edu.
Our Service Desk located at 117 Leahy Hall - it is inside of the Leahy computer lab on the first floor.
If your request is urgent and it is after hours and it relates to a service being unavailable, please contact Public Safety at 202-319-5111 who will escalate the call to one of our technicians.
Please check our website (techsupport.cua.edu) for the lastest outages. As soon as we are aware of an outage, a message will be posted. We will post messages as services are unavilable either due to maintenance or an unplanned outage.

Student workers are available to help with low-level access requests like password resets.
The ticket system is checked twice a day for urget requests (e.g.,Blackboard is down, www.cua.edu is not responding)
When the University is closed during the week day, the ticket system will follow the schedule of weekend coverage and the tickets sytem will be checked twice a day for urgent requests.
