Technology Services has two new ways to get technology assistance!
- Search our Knowledge Base at techsupport.cua.edu to quickly find solutions to common problems and answers to frequently-asked questions.
- Send email to email@example.com with your question or description of the problem to create a support request in our automated system. Be sure to include a phone number where you can be reached.
You can call the Technology Services Help Desk Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. at 202-319-4357 (xHELP).
You can also visit the Help Desk in Leahy Hall, room 200. Knowledgeable technicians are available Mon-Fri 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. to help you with your technology issues.
