Voice Mail at CUA

CallXpress PhoneManager (1 6)

The AVST CallXpress voice mail system consolidates the management of user options into a section of the command menu called "PhoneManager," accessed by pressing 1 6.

The chart above (provided by the CallXpress vendor) shows the flow of commands within PhoneManager. Note that commands that are not available for your mailbox, such as Automated Attendant, cannot be selected.

Personal Options (1 6, 1)

Once you access PhoneManager by pressing 1 6, you can press 1 to change options associated with your personal mail box. Some common personal option settings you might change are as follows.

Record personal greetings 3
Change security code 4
Record your name

Messaging Options (1 6, 2)

When you access PhoneManager by pressing 1 6, you can press 2 to change options associated with voice messaging. Messaging options that you might change are as follows.
